how do I get the cell to move to the right instead of the wrksht?

Just recently I have been trying to move the cell to the right and the
worksheet moves to the right.
I have to physically use the mouse to get to the cell I want to work with.
I cannot find anything in HELP that will get me out of this situation.

By any chance is Scroll Lock engaged?
Check the right side of the Status Bar. Does it display: SCRL ?

If YES, press the [Scroll Lock] key
