How do I get the "Customizing Outlook Today" link to work?

Nothing happens when I click on the "Customizing Outlook Today" link when I
am trying to make Outlook Today my default opening page. I am using Office
2000. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the help. It was easy to modify the registry and customize the
Outlook Today bar. Then I changed the registry key value back per the
instructions.
