How do I get the entire boarder to print on one page?

I am trying to put a boarder around my doument in Microsoft Word 2007. When I
hit print preview the bottom portion of the boarder shows up but when I print
it the bottom boarder is missing. I have tried to adjust the page size and
that will not work. Any suggestions?
