How do I get "The Genius" Office Assistant to work in Office 2003

I have a new computer with Office 2003. I want to use "The Genius" as my
Office Assistant and found a download that requires an Office 97 application
to be present to execute. How do I get "The Genius" Office Assistant to
work in Office 2003 when I don't have Office 97 on this box?

Man, I see a lot of posts asking about getting Einstein/Genius back. You
would think Microsoft would do whatever it took to make their customers happy
and get the liscence.
