How do I get the little animated helper guys for Word?

Word on my computer at work has these cool little characters (puppy, cat,
wizard, paper-clip, robot...) that are animated help. I went out and bought
MS Office 2003 and I can't seem to find these little guys to help me out.
Any ideas?

Go to Help, then click Show the Office Assistant (which are those little
animated helper guys). Then one of them should appear. If they are not
installed, you will be prompted to install them.
