How do I get the Old English font in the new Windows NT?

I puchased an Emachine computer in 2005 and I think it has Windows NT. I have
had Microsoft Office 97 and Publisher 2003 and I believe those both had the
Old English font. I know you can add fonts to Microsoft Word because I saw
the help thing. Is there any way to get this font without purchasing
anything? If so, how?

The font "Old English Text" was included with the following programs:
Greetings 99, Home Publishing 99, Office 97 Small Business Edition SR2,
Office Professional Edition 2003, Picture It! 2000, Picture It! 2002,
Publisher 2000, Publisher 98, TrueType Font Pack 2

If you don't have one of those, I would suggest using Google to see what you
can find that's close.
