i cannot get the update web site to recognise my office software to
automatically update. any suggestions on how to solve this?

account will be deleted without reading.

i get a microsoft web page saying that it cannot access suggesting that i may
have missing msp files along with a couple of other suggestions.

First try searching the forums for similar posts (lots of people even paste
the entire error message and possible suggestions in their posts), this is a
common error that people post about.
