I recently downloaded video email add-in to my computer for outlook 2003. I
can record myself just fine however when I press the message button, I keeo
getting a message saying "To run this program, you need to make outlook
default program by pressing option, going to other and general and checking
box" I do this and still get the same message over and over. I even go into
set programs and access section on XP and try to do this. No luck. I have
tried re-downloading the video add-in several times. No luck. I have the
service pack 2 on my system as well, I have McAfee anti-virus. Could this be
the problem? I have tried unchecking and checking the box in outlook re:
setting outlook as default email program. No luck. I need some help. Anybody?
