My new computer uses windows Xp, And I don'r have my CD for my windows 98 or
2000, How can I get one.

Word is not included with win98 or win2k
Word is avilable on its own or as part of Microsoft Office, or I believe
part of the Works suite, all of which you have to purchase

You could allways download the free Open Office suite and use their word
proccessor which can read Word files.

We're confused. Is it Windows that you don't like or do you want Word. Those
are two different issues.

What is the suggestion for Microsoft? Give you Windows 98 or 2000? Buy
either one yourself. eBay is your best bet.

MS Word doesn't ship with any version of Windows. As it comes packaged with many new computers, folks often think it does, rather
than it being a separate purchase.
