Hi
If you are refereing to cost inflation, you could follow these steps:
1. In Resource Sheet view, open Resource Information box for the relevant
resource, i.e the resource for which cost may increase with time.
2. In the Cost window of this box, you may show differential cost data for
resources, which would become applicable for calculations.

In addition to the other posts, you could simply add contingency costs
to each year. Then if your resource or material costs change you can
make that change at the point at which it manifests itself.
