How do I have a Company Name Field repeated throughout the Documen

Do you mean you just have 1 existing document needing this
change?

Edit>Replace
Type Microsoft in the find what window
Type NewCompanyName in the replace with window
Replace all.

Or are you looking for a way to create new documents where
you supply the initial data and it is populated throughout
the document?

You could use a bookmark (Type the company, select it,
Insert>Bookmark, name it cName) then use REF fields
throught the document { cName }.
