How do I hide or shutoff the date grouping function in outlook 200

I have just started using Outlook 2003. I find the function that groups my
inbox into Today, yesterday, etc to be very annoying. How do I trun it off?

Click View>Arrange By and uncheck Show in Groups. Or see this:
