How do I hotsync the same Contacts to two different Sony Treo han.

My wife and I each have a Sony Treo handheld PDA and we want to hotsync to
the same Contacts list. My current setup is allowing me to hotsync one, but
not the other.
Any help?
I am using Outlook 2003 and Palm OS 5.2.1
