How do I hyperlink to a bookmark in an embedded object?

I am looking to have a pop-up from a bookmark in an embedded object and am
having issues. As I can see it (as this will be sent widely by email and
therefore cannot have links to external documents) I have possibly two
options:

1) To have a hyperlink to a bookmark in an embedded word file (within my
core word document)

Or

2) Find the ability to hide sheets within a word document to which I can
hyperlink to

I do not know if the above is possible, or if there are any other options.

Hi Adie,

In essence, you can't. However, if the documents are being kept in the same folder (you might want to include instructions to that
effect in your email and/or the 'main' document), you can use hyperlinks to link them, with relative link paths. To see how to
