how do i import a v-card file

I need to get my contacts from my Palm desktop to a v-card file and into
Outlook. How do I proceed? I guess that I could enter it all manually.
HELP!!

Why not just sychronize with Outlook instead? Consult Palm for
synchronization software or see Chapura.com.
