How do I import an Excel spreadsheet into Visio

I am trying to import an Excel spreadsheet into Visio, when I import the file
I get all the text but not the cell format, therefore all the text looks like
one paragraph, can anyone help

I just figured out that if you use Visio 2000 you can copy/past from Excel,
then import into Visio 2003. I hope this helps.

But if you don't have visio 2000, I only have visio 2003
