If you want to display the current view in outlook, then your best bet would
be to do a 'screen grab'

Display the calender in outlook.

press the "print screen" key on your keyboard

in powerpoint

edit menu > paste special > picture/bitmap

Then right click the picture, choose "show picture toolbar"

then 'crop' the bits you do not want to show (like the menu)

I found the best way to place a current calender from outlook to a Powerpoint
presentation is to use "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer." In outlook,
print the calendar to the "printer" which saves the file on your harddrive in
a mdi format and opens up a preview of the document. In the preview, click
"save as" and chose the .tif format to create a file you can inport to
Powerpoint. Inport the file using "Import", "picture", "from file" on the
pulldown in powerpoint.
It's alot of clicks and a round about way of doing it, but only takes a few
minutes and you get the exact item the boss is looking for without having to
crop a screenshot picture.
