How do I import calendar information without duplicating meetings?

Hello,

I exported my Corporate calendar (.vcs) and imported it into MS Outlook
2003. I made some changes to my Corporte calendar and reexported and
imported into MS Outlook and now I have duplicate meetings. First how do I
import into Outlook without duplicating meetings etc? And, how do I remove
all the duplicate meeting and tasks?
