How do I import .dbx files into Outlook 2003 (used by same version

I purchased a new (larger) hard drive, formatted it and installed my programs
again. I then copied my Outlook files from my old drive to the new into the
same folder. Outlook will not recognize the old file nor import them.

You need to import them into Outlook Express on that new machine and then
you'll be able to export them to Outlook.
