How do I import email from Netscape 7.0 to Outlook XP?

I have a corrupt OS and am going to wipe and reload the pc. I want to begin
using Outlook 2002 and would like to import my Netscape 7.0 email into
Outlook. Unfortunately, Outlook can't see the email. Any idea how to do this?
