How do I import file attachments?

I am using Office Outlook 2000. I am migrating Day-timer organizer 2000 to
outlook. We would like to be able to import the file attachments into
Outlook, but so far no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in
advance.

Do you mean import the Daytimer attachments? To what would you have them
attached in Outlook? Outlook is not a file storage mechanism.
