How do I import messages and contacts list from MSN ?

I recently installed Office 2003 on my PC. I want to import my messages and
address book from my MSN email account, but their import only includes
Outlook Express as a destination and there isn't any opportunity to specify a
destination. The Import for Outlook 2003 doesn't include MSN as an option nor
does it provide the opportunity to specify. Can anyone help?

Export to Outlook Express and then import into Outlook.
