How do I import messages from mbox file to Outlook?

I want to start using Outlook for mail from Agent and Agent says their export
to to an mbox universal UNIX file format. How then to I import this format
into Outlook?

Many people find the conversion easiest to manage by first importing into
Outlook Express (using the Netscape Communicator selection, since that also
uses mbox format) and then exporting into Outlook from there.
