How do I import Mozilla 1.x Mail into Outlook 2000

My organization has been taken over and the new organization uses Outlook as its standard client. However we were using a variety of clients, including Netscape 7.x but more Mozilla 1.x. I need to move my users mail from Mozilla/Netscape into Outlook so they have access to their old mail without having to shift between two programs. Thanks for the help in advance. Please respond to my email address also.
