How do I import my emails from an external hard drive?

My old computer crashed, but i have recovered the hard drive. I have located
my old outlook express emails (vista) but cant import them to office outlook
(windows 7) on my new computer. Any ideas?

You'll have to configure your OE files with Windows Live Mail on Windows 7
first. Once you've done that, you can export all your mail to Outlook.
