How do I import Onenote 2003 notebooks into Onenote 2007?

1) Yes I relaize it is "supposed" to happen automatically - obviously it
didn't.
2) yes I tried both "repair" and uninstalling and re-installing Onenote2007
3) Yes I searched the knowledge base with terms like convert, import and
migrate.

Any other ideas?
