How do I import outlook.pst into Outlook Express?

Have tried using file/import/messages but as i don't have
outlook on my system it won't allow me to import the file
does anyone know how I can do this?

You can only import from Outlook. Outlook is the only program that can
access PST files.

you can try exporting your mail to a csv for windows in outlook and
importing it into olexp. Keep in mind any attatchments will be stripped.
You can do the same for outlook contacts and import into the wab
