How do I improve the speed of my computer? It's running very slow

I have been having problems with my computer. The speed is very slow and I

I have been having problems with my computer. The speed is very slow and I
want solutions to how I can improve the speed.

Remove all the cables from the back and plug them into the appropriate plugs on
a new P4/3 Mhz System.
