How do I include a direct phone link to Skype in Word or Excell?

Hi,

Thank you very much for your tip. I already downloaded the Skype update for
Office Applications and the toolbars of excell and word have now the
corresponding icon. Nevertheles, I still don't understand how to have the
phone numbers automatically recognized by Skype. Can you still help me?
