How do I include a slide from Powerpoint in the text of an email?

I'm using PowerPoint 2007 and have created a slide I want to include in the
text of an email. Is this possible?

just the current one (your choice). Then insert the picture file into the
email.

If the recipient's email program allows viewing pictures in-line (not all do)
then you're in business.
