How do I include the pencil and eraser on toolbar?

Are you referring to "Draw Table" and "eraser" on the Tables and Borders
toolbar which will appear after inserting or click on a table?
If so, click View > Toolbars > Customize.
Click on commands tab.
Under categories list, select Table.
Under commands list, click and hold on draw table, then drag it out and
place it on the toolbar. Do the same to eraser.
