first, ask in an outlook express group. second, ask your isp or network
admin, i don't know of a size limit in oe, but someone in an oe group would
know for sure.

You can't change this. It's your mail server that controls your mailbox
quota and message size limits, not your mail client. Talk to your ISP or see
if there's another way to get these files (ftp server? Yahoo briefcase?
Carrier pigeon?).
Note -
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program, despite its similar name..
You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
Outlook Express news group.
Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
