How do I insert a company logo (tif file) in message body instead.

I use to be able to copy our logo into an Outlook message and size it as
needed. Now when I try to insert it into the body it goes instead into the
the attachment line. I have tried the Insert dropdown as well as trying to
drag the file into the message body. Neither works.
