How do I insert a label on a page of labels?

I have to add a mailing address in the middle of a page of labels. How do I
do that?

Either you do a lot of cutting and pasting (which may be worth it if you
only have to do it once), or you convert the entire set of labels to a
mail-merge source document as described in
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm and then merge to
labels when you want to print.
