I am using OneNote and want to insert a ink to files. I have inserted the

A good idea is to drag and drop the file(s) into onenote - you'll get a
dialog box asking you if you wish to copy the file or to insert a link to it.
Choose the appropriate one. (insert link

The link is a url similar to the one used with IE when adding a link to a
disk file.
