How do I insert a new work sheet into an existing workbook?

I would like to insert a blank worksheet between two exisring worksheets in a
workbook. How is this accomplished?

use "insert" menu and select "Worksheet"

after that you can left click onto the new tab and drag it where you want to
place it.
