How do I insert a page from a program that I can't copy from?

I have a mortgage program I am attempting to create a training presentation
of but I cannot copy the screens to place them in PPT.

I would recommend using SnagIt from TechSmith for screen shots. It does a great
job and allows you to "enhance" the screen capture with text, highlighting, etc.
