How do I insert a .pdf into Visio?

I can't seem to insert a .pdf by clicking Insert-Picture-From File. I don't
see any of the .pdf files even when "All Pictures" is selected.

This isn't exactly what you asked for, but it might help.

Open a pdf file in the Acrobat reader.

Click on the Acrobat reader's "Graphic Select Tool." This lets you select a
rectangular area of the pdf file and "Copy" it.

After copying, go to Visio and "Paste" there. You can resize the pasted
material in Visio if necessary.

(I have Acrobat reader 5.0.)
