How do I insert a picture from my file in an address lebel templa

I have downloaded the flags address label template and would like to replace
the flag picture with a picture from my file. I can't seem to get the picture
to stay in the correct placement to the existing template for the text. Can
someone give me a suggestion on how to do this.

My personal recommendation would be to use Publisher for this task. But it
can be done in Word. You're going to have to start from scratch tho. Graham
Mayor has some great instructions for how to do this.
