I am trying to help an associate spruce up a powerpoint presentation. She
has some clip are of clouds she wants in the background of every slide. I
cannot figure out how to do it. So that other data can be printed on top of
it.
Help!

Tom,

Try

view > masters > slide master

then put the clouds on the "slide master"

draw menu > send to back

Any thing placed on the slide master will appear on all the slides.
