How do I insert a TOC w/hyperlinks in '97

I am trying to create a TOC in a document using hyperlinks to sections of the
doc.

HELP! Nothing I try seems to be working.

The page numbers in the TOC are hyperlinked to the sections to which they
refer. Is there more to your question that you're not sharing?
