How do i insert a VB form into frontpage

I have created a form in the VB editor within frontpage, but i am unable to
insert or even use it on the web page that was created using frontpage. Any
Ideas??

Create the form in FrontPage using the *web* form components.
Insert->Form etc.

VBA in FrontPage is for use inside of the FrontPage application itself, not
inside of a Web page.
