how do I insert an arrow into a photo in word?

In word 2007, How does one insert and arrow into a photo or image already in
the document? I used to be able to do this in '03 with draw.

If the image is inline, then the arrow must be In Front of Text (which it
will be by default). If you're asking where the drawing tools are, then look
for Shapes on the Insert tab. Choose the arrow in the Lines palette. Once
you've inserted it, when it is selected you'll get the Drawing Tools Format
contextual tab, which allows you to change the color, weight, etc.
