How do I insert field codes so my template doesn't change?

[Can cook, just can't type it]

I am making a template for recipes. Each time I fill in one of the commands,
the item next it it moves..i.e. TIME TO COOK: TEMP:
if I fill in this
field temp moves
how do I make these fields permanent?

Publisher doesn't have *field codes*.

You might be able to accomplish something similar by using tables.
