How do I insert metadata from a .jpg file in a Word document?

I would like to insert the text included in the metadata in a .jpg file into
a Word document. Is this posible within Word or do I need a third party
software?

If you open the jpg with Notepad and cut and paste the readable stuff into
Word is that what you want?
