How do I insert my Product Key. Won't let me.

While trying to insert my Product Key, the office suite says "won't accept
zeros/O's.
I can't, therefore, install my Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. Help
Please!

Something else is going on, MS Office doesnt return any such err msg if the
incorrect key is input.
Do you have a trial installed, that you have failed to uninstal?
