How do I insert page borders from external media?

I would like to place different borders on my word page. I would prefer to
add borders that are not currently in the Art drop down menu of Word 2003.

1 How can I insert these borders?
2. Can I place new borders in the Word Art file?
3. How do i do this?
4. Is there a good source for borders?
