how do I insert picture into WORD and have the label automatically

How do I insert a group of pictures into a word doc and have the label
automatically become the file name of each picture?

Macros or VB can do it but without those programming steps it can't be done
natively in Word as captioning there only gives the incrementing number
system and I can't see anyplace that you can give the file name in
captioning instructions in help.
