How do I install a purchased copy of PowerPoint 2002 on new PC?

I have a new PC with XP Professional and tried to install PowerPoint 2002
from the cd I purchased and installed on an old computer. I have the product
key and followed setup instructions but cannot complete installation. Ideas
and/or suggestions ?
