How do I install graphic converter in Publisher?

After searching for clip art to install, only few "actual" pictures appear in
boxes. The rest are shown as "dglxasset" and then get message to install
graphic converter. Have followed instructions from help but going to
"add/remove" in Control Panel and selecting Office Professional Ediiton and
then change and follow instructions - nothing changes. I am getting
frustrated!

This issue is caused by your cache being full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
